Last summer, John Martins joked with friends that his midget football team’s roster was so small he “didn’t have enough guys to form two lines of a hockey team,” let alone field an entire 22-man football squad.
Considering that a year before, the White Rock-South Surrey Titans organization didn’t had enough players to field a midget team at all, the low turnout was not especially surprising. The Titans have teamed up with Chad Benson and ARC performance once again this year to bring our athletes 12 - 18 the great pre-season training program. Players registered for the Titans in 2010 can sign up for a 4, 8 or 16 week program at a discounted cost. ARC athletes develop strong, explosive muscles, have fewer weaknesses, muscle imbalances, improved body awareness, and are less prone to injury and (or) fatigue.
